The Baffling World of Insurance

Insurance is such a headache, isn’t it?!  Not for us!  We try to take care of as much of the insurance details as possible, but it’s always nice to have a good understanding of your benefits.  Your insurance plan is a contract between your employer and the insurance company.  As a service to our patients, we will gladly submit your charges to your insurance company.  While we do our very best to give you a correct estimate of your co-pays, maximums and plan exclusions, there are many variables that are out of our control.  Therefore, patients are ultimately responsible for monitoring their own plan benefits.  We are always available to help you in understanding the at-times confusing world of insurance.  If you have any questions on your benefits, please don’t hesitate to ask.
